Tyson grew up in Idaho and moved to Boise for College. He is now a Professional Mechanical Engineer with experience designing many types of projects from data centers to office tenant improvements. His professional focus is in mechanical design, complex plumbing design, BIM, energy modeling, and total cost of ownership analysis. Previous work has included LEED, energy modeling, and energy efficiency design.

He focuses on working with architects and contractors to help value engineer the project and ensure it can be built effectively.

Being licensed in multiple states and always adding new ones for clients.  He has his NCEES record and can get licensed in other states relatively quickly upon request.

Brandie has lived in Idaho for most of her life, besides her personal excursion to Alaska, and recently moved to Boise. With over 30 years of office management experience, she runs all the day to day operations to ensure everything is running smoothly so the team can focus on what we do best, mechanical engineering and design.

Brandie also is a first responder and so knows how to keep calm in stressful situations.

She has experience running companies efficiently and ensuring all paperwork is in order so the companies can operate.

Rob works hard in everything he does. His skillsets include HVAC and Plumbing engineering design, Revit modeling, and AutoCAD drafting. He has 20 years of experience in the field and has worked on just about every type of project you can imagine. His leadership skills are vital to ensuring that our projects are on time and designed efficiently.

Peter is a skilled mechanical and plumbing engineer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He serves as a project manager and design leader who specializes in wide array of commercial projects including office buildings, warehouses, dental offices, auto body shops, and restaurants. Peter is an expert in drafting using Revit and AutoCAD, making him an asset to Value Engineering.

Christopher found his passion for all things engineering and design back in a high-school level engineering class. Since then, he has continued to learn and create. He shows great promise in CAD and 3D modeling/printing on top of many other skills and hobbies. Chris is an up-and-coming designer and drafter actively pursuing his studies at the College of Western Idaho (CWI) and may continue on to become a licensed engineer someday at a 4-year university. Keeping his mind focused and ears ready, he learns best amongst friends, family and coworkers. Nothing compares to his love and interest in creation and design.
